Forum Focus St Oem Strut
I'm hoping this resolves the issue but. They will start out a little stiff but will. Webif i am not mistaken the st shock is uprated compared to the normal focus range, but i don't know who makes them. Webi purchased oem strut mounts, bearings, and struts, and replaced all of them in the front. Webi would recommend either bilstien b8’s or new oem struts with mountune clubsport springs, imo it’s how it should’ve came factory.
Webso, my recommendation would be to use kyb gr2 / excel struts and shocks if you want to maintain close to oe ride quality. Webdiscussion on the feel of the focus st on the road, the suspension system, brakes, springs, sway bars, and what are the best parts and mods. You'll defo be looking at the b4 for oem feel,.
