Webyou can get the level 2 fountains by completing all 10 quests in events (as well as the owl griffin nest and midas tree). Create a fountain of legends. Kala sometime offers the level 1 in her shop for 19 gems. Webanyone know the levels that you can get the fountains as rewards? I actually bought one when i had the chance hoping it would do.
