Predator 212 Starts Then Dies

I bought a brand new 212 predator to run in the box stock class i mounted the motor i unplugged my oil sensor, drilled holes in my gas cap. The engine is warm in the video and the choke is off. I changed the spark plug to an ngk. New spark plug, new clean fuel, cleaned the carb, float not stuck. As soon as i turn the choke off, the engine runs well for like 2 seconds and then dies.
